Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the performance of teachers and tutors.
• Ensure teachers follow the Academy's academic standards, curricula, and teaching methodologies.
• Conduct regular teacher observations and performance evaluations.
• Review lesson plans, teaching materials, student reports, and academic records.
• Assess students' academic levels and identify learning gaps.
• Ensure appropriate learning plans are developed for individual students.
• Monitor students' academic progress and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Follow up on students with low performance or specific learning needs.
• Review and improve curricula, academic programs, and teaching materials.
• Participate in developing student levels, placement assessments, learning pathways, and academic standards.
• Provide teachers with guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Identify teachers' training and development needs and recommend appropriate training.
• Handle academic concerns and complaints from students and parents.
• Coordinate between teachers, parents, students, and management when academic issues arise.
• Ensure academic reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, lesson completion, and reporting compliance.
• Establish and maintain academic quality standards across the Academy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly academic performance reports for management.
• Recommend improvements to the Academy's academic processes and programs.
• Support the management team in launching and developing new educational programs.
