We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Supporting the delivery and administration of programmes and courses offered by the School; Providing secretarial and clerical support at committee meetings and other daily operations and activities of the School; Coordinating co-curricular and academic events and activities; Assisting in the liaison with both internal and external parties; and Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognized degree; At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector; Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); A customer-focused mindset and the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders; Proficiency in computer applications; and A good team player with strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Fresh graduates or applicants with less relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Academic Support Officer. Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
