We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Academic Tutor to support students in Math and English Reading (primarily K-6 level). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and helping students build strong foundational skills and confidence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently residing in Canada
• Language Proficiency: English – Native-like or bilingual fluency required for teaching English reading and literacy
• Experience tutoring or teaching Math and/or English to children or youth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, patient, and passionate about supporting student learning
• Able to commit to consistent weekly sessions

• Provide 1-on-1 or small group tutoring sessions in Math and English Reading
• Adapt teaching methods to suit students’ learning styles and academic levels
• Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning materials
• Monitor progress and communicate effectively with parents
• Support students with school homework or enrichment tasks as needed
