We are expanding our reach to support more students in the community and are seeking passionate educators to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring Academic Tutors and Homework Help Specialists to provide consistent, individualized support to students in grades 2–12. Sessions are scheduled around your availability, and we work with you to match students based on your expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for current or retired teachers, interventionists, and educators seeking flexible part-time work while making a meaningful difference.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in education, teaching, or tutoring required.
• We are especially interested in:
• Tutors trained in Orton-Gillingham or the Science of Reading
• Elementary Math Interventionists
• Certified Elementary, Middle, and High School Math/Science teachers
• Must be reliable, flexible, and committed to student success.
• Must pass a background check (required).

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in assigned subject areas.
• Implement instructional strategies aligned with student needs and parent goals.
• Monitor student progress and communicate updates with families as needed.
• Maintain consistency by holding sessions at regularly scheduled times.
• For Homework Help Specialists: Support students with organization, study skills, and assignment completion.
• For Academic Tutors: Plan, prepare, and deliver evidence-based interventions in reading, writing, math, or science.
