Job Description Program Administration & Co-ordination Manage scheduling, calendars, and invitations for all Academy and program activities. Administer onboarding processes including Salesforce set-up, distribution list inclusion, and technology access. Track and monitor completion of required qualifications (e.g. Cert IV) and accreditations. Prepare and distribute weekly reports, program updates, and communications. Coordinate distribution of program packs, certificates, surveys, and graduation materials. Maintain program trackers, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency across cohorts. Stakeholder Support & Communication Act as the first point of contact for program logistics, ensuring clear and timely communication with stakeholders. Liaise with internal teams (BLC, L&C Ops,CoE, Distribution, Sales Leaders) to ensure tasks are completed to program timelines. Provide participants with regular updates, invitations, and reminders to drive program engagement. Reporting & Compliance Collate, prepare, and maintain accurate data on program outcomes and broker progression. Support reporting processes including headcount tracking, referral program updates, and compliance checks. Ensure all program activities are carried out in line with Lendi Group governance and compliance requirements. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline administration and coordination processes. Support implementation of new tools and templates to improve efficiency. Contribute to feedback loops by collating survey results and program insights. Qualifications Required: Demonstrated experience in administration. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Teams). Familiar with AI Programs Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting, documentation, and communication. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Preferred: Experience in financial services, education, or training environments. Familiarity with broker accreditation, compliance, or training processes. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
