About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an U16s Assistant Head Coach to join our Everton Football Club Women’s Academy.
As U16s Assistant Head Coach you will support the coaching and match preparation of the Under 16’s team, in a safe, secure and supportive environment.
You will be present at all pitch-based training, technical and tactical, sessions and matches for the U16’s squad.
In your role you will be responsible for profiling the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological attributes of each player, to then create and agree individual development programmes.
Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within an elite football
You will have experience of working with and supporting players in the youth development and professional development phase group during coaching sessions as well as demonstratable experience in tailoring specific types of feedback depending on the intended audience.
Essentially, the successful candidate must hold a minimum UEFA B Licence, FA Advanced Youth Award and be able to demonstrate good practice when it comes to safeguarding children, contributing to our player-centred approach at the Academy.
This position is working 8 hours per week on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
