Job Description & Summary As an Academy Associate, you will help design, coordinate, and deliver high‑impact learning experiences for external clients. You’ll support end‑to‑end programme logistics, partnering with trainers, and ensuring each session is engaging, compliant, and data‑driven. We offer a full range of services, including Assurance, Tax and Advisory services, tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients in Mongolia. Primary Responsibilities Organize, schedule, and oversee training events, including venue arrangements, trainer engagement, material preparation, and technical coordination Prepare and design marketing materials to promote training programs and initiatives Manage participant communications and registrations, ensuring attendance and completion records are up to date Assist senior trainers by co-delivering select sessions as needed Help develop engaging training content (slides, handouts, activities) and improve facilitation based on participant feedback Ensure all programs meet PwC standards and regulatory requirements Coordinate training calendars, scopes, and logistics with clients and partners, providing timely status updates and reports Collaborate with internal business units to achieve annual Academy objectives and advance key initiatives Maintain detailed training databases; analyze feedback to refine offerings and enhance participant experiences Monitor learning budgets and resources for efficient allocation Prepare summary reports—including utilization, satisfaction, and completion rates—with recommendations for improvement Undertake additional tasks that support the Academy's growth and align with firm objectives What you will bring along Bachelor’s degree (education, business, communications or related field preferred) Strong communication in Mongolian and English; confident writing and presenting to varied audiences Proven coordination/administration skills; excellent attention to detail and time management Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with virtual delivery tools Curiosity, ownership, and a service mindset; ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer Flexible working hours Opportunity to grow in a team of international experts Wellbeing initiatives, psychologist consultations Extensive training programs A dynamic challenging environment At PwC, we believe solving for lasting global change starts with you.
