JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to film selected training sessions and provide required objective feedback as directed by the Head of Academy Analysis & Academy Head of Coaching. This role will require working a minimum of 1 day at the training ground and 2 days remotely.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Ensure that club protocols are followed when filming training.
o To ensure that all relevant information is provided to the relevant academy coaches as well as uploaded on to Hudl regarding academy performance analysis.
o Provide detailed data as requested by the head of academy analysis & academy head of coaching.
o Attend all CPD events as requested by the Academy Manager & Academy Head of Coaching.
o To undertake personal CPD as appropriate to meet the demands of the role. o Work positively with other members of Academy staff and departments.
