[What the role is] We are looking for a capable and responsible individual to work as a CET Finance Administrator. You will work with the schools to manage the end-to-end administration on finance matters, to ensure the efficient and effective running of a suite of CET programmes. You will be involved in various grant related operations and work with both internal and external stakeholders on invoicing and payment related enquiries/resolutions [What you will be working on] • To act as a liaison on payment matters between students, academic teams, academic managers, internal departments and external agencies. • Track/Review payment and invoicing history for companies and students • Prepare, consolidate and verify supporting documentation for prompt invoicing and payment • Investigate, rectify and resubmit rejected/inaccurate invoices • Assist in grant claims documentation and verification with internal stakeholders and relevant funding agencies • Ensure alignment between invoicing, payments, and grant reconciliation for non-standard cases • Handle any other administrative and operational duties as assigned [What we are looking for] You should be meticulous, possess good people relationship skills to work with internal and external stakeholders along with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Qualifications in Business, Accounting or related fields. • Candidate should have data entry skills, attention to details, organized, thorough and accurate, and have the ability to interact in a professional manner with both internal and external parties • Experience in MS Office especially Excel. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage. • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is highly desirable • Able to communicate in good spoken and written English, and a good team player. • Highly self-motivated and willing to learn new technology. • Strong understanding of various CET funding schemes an advantage • Mid-careers or entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply. http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
