JOB SUMMARY:

The Corporate Academy Manager is responsible for working with Gradiant’s technology teams to manage the knowledge and learnings withing the business and to design, develop and deliver training programs in line with business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: PHD in an engineering discipline
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a University / Corporate University or academy in a similar role.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in a corporate setting: Familiarity with corporate culture, business operations, and organizational development.
• Experience in process / water related areas will be an advantage

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Technology to develop a strategic plan for the corporate academy, aligning with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
• Knowledge management : Work with the various project and technology teams to document and capture the learning from various projects and R&D programs
• Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs that address business needs, skill gaps, and leadership development requirements.
• Develop in company trainers who can conduct the trainings .
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and employees to ensure training programs meet business needs.
• Technology Integration: Leverage technology to enhance training delivery, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), online learning platforms, and collaborative tools.
