Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily school operations, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching staff.
  • Maintain high teaching standards and ensure an excellent student learning journey.
  • Drive student enrollment and retention through excellent academic quality and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with parents, partners, and the community.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and expand course offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven leadership experience in education, after-school programs, or related fields.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
