ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including team leadership, customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a growing team
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
• Uphold high product quality standards and ensure daily freshness
• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt, and other menu items
• Assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including dietary information
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
