The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch. This role offers a 360° business perspective through two strategic pillars: 1. Cost Accounting Specialist: Analyze financial impacts resulting from material changes in products. Report budget variances and monitor cost targets for key plant products. Participate in the Master Plan development and annual product costing calculations. Provide support and present financial results directly to the Business Unit. 2. Strategic Budget Partner: Evaluate continuous improvement projects in collaboration with various departments. Guide cross-functional areas on budgeting processes and financial metrics. Coordinate the Budget Forecast and Master Plan to drive cost reduction initiatives. Present critical financial data to Plant Management. Qualifications Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Language: Intermediate English (professional speaking and writing proficiency). Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is a strong plus). Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for high-level management forums and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
