The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing environments (Middle level). Proven expertise in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management. Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, TPM, Pull System). Hands-on experience with Material Flow Design and Value Stream Mapping (VSM/VSD). Project Management proficiency (from conception to implementation). Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and SAP modules. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Ability to manage indirect personnel, influence cross-functional teams, and lead change management. Professional fluency in English.
