Description

At Katapult Ocean, we’re on a mission to support trailblazing entrepreneurs who are creating innovative solutions to protect and restore our oceans. As the world’s first impact-focused accelerator, our Katapult Ocean Accelerator Program has been recognized as one of the best of its kind globally. Now, we’re looking for an impact driven and passionate Accelerator Program Manager to join our team. If you’re excited about using impact investments, entrepreneurship, and technology to help ocean startups scale and make a real difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with local and regional domain experts in improving content and contextualizing the Katapult Ocean’s training modules, ensuring quality content for both the accelerator and post-programs.
  • Day-to-day operational management of the accelerator program, regularly engaging with the program participants (companies), developing and contextualizing program content, understanding critical needs of cohort companies, setting objectives to support these needs, and helping them to develop breakout solutions to scale.
  • Work closely with the investment team and cohort companies to understand their support and execution requirements and align the Katapult Ocean internal offering to meet these needs.
  • Work closely with core members of our extended network to connect the cohort with top advisors and mentors (regionally and globally).
  • Support and foster a strong, high performance, and collaborative culture with the cohort business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to arrange events aligned to our business objectives, e.g., sourcing talent and startups, fostering the ocean ecosystem, helping our startups secure investment rounds, etc.
  • Manage multiple corporate partnerships and identify opportunities for our startups to collaborate, facilitating those partnership discussions.
  • Lead the alumni engagement program activities in supporting the cohort and portfolio companies, post the accelerator program.
  • Track feedback from cohort companies using qualitative and quantitative data to report on performance metrics and continuously strive to improve the accelerator program.
