  We are seeking a qualified phone operator to join our Access Center team. Core responsibilities include: * Schedule patients for treatments by multiple providers and treatment areas  * Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with patients * Accurately enters into the computer patient demographics, insurance information, and other pertinent patient information * Communicates using active listening, thinking/analysis, and appropriate professional response * Other duties as assigned by management  Required Skills & Experience * Candidate must have a High School Diploma  * Excellent verbal and communication skills * Medical health insurance background helpful * Medical office background experience preferred  * Customer service skills * Multi-tasker  * Candidate should be familiar with EMR
