Description Bay Colony Community Association one of Naples most upscale communities is looking for Customer Service Oriented Individuals for an Access Control Officer for the Evening Shift - 3PM to11PM. The Access Control Officer is responsible for welcoming residents, guests, visitors and vendors and granting them access to the community. In addition they investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities. Provides assistance to residents, visitors, co-workers, vendors and local emergency services by phone and in person in a courteous and professional manner. Monitors Community in the company owned rover vehicle. Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred Previous Access Control Experience preferred High school diploma or GED, two-year college degree preferred. First Aid-AED-CPR certification a plus. Valid driver's license with clean driving history. Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus. Demonstrated effective communications and problem-solving skills. Must be computer proficient. Knowledge of windows-based programs such as Word, Excel. Must be able to use email and utilize internet and hand held radio. Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively in English.
