Role Overview The Access Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of fibre projects by managing permitting, scheduling, and administrative activities that enable smooth field implementation. This role focuses on ensuring access requirements, work permits, and schedules are properly coordinated between internal teams, contractors, and external authorities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track all permitting activities required for fibre works. Liaise with councils, building management, and third-party authorities to secure access approvals. Manage and update implementation schedules, ensuring timely delivery and minimal conflicts. Support project teams by preparing and maintaining required documentation (permits, access requests, SOW, etc.). Assist with mobilisation and administrative tasks for field implementation. Monitor access and scheduling progress, escalating delays or issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and trackers. Provide regular updates and reports to Project Managers and Operations. Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required. Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
