Job Title: Access Management Consultant PY Services
Location: United States / Virtual
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Access Management Consultant to join our Strada Access Management team for Payroll Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering security access, diagnosing access issues, performing audits, and interacting with clients to ensure secure and efficient access management across multiple applications and systems. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders to maintain and improve access management processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven work experience in identity and access management or related field.
  • Experience with IAM solution Microsoft Entra ID Governance
  • Experience with applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Service Now, Microsoft Office 365 modules
  • Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and security standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA and other.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Administer security access for approved personnel, including creating, modifying, deleting, and resetting passwords across multiple applications/systems.
  • Diagnose access issues for users and document escalation paths if issues are outside the team’s scope.
  • Perform audits of user access on an ongoing basis, at least quarterly.
  • Update role owners to ensure appropriate approval upon request from existing role owners.
  • Perform audits of role owners to ensure appropriate approval is maintained, at least quarterly.
  • Conduct role reviews at least annually with stakeholders/role owners to confirm existing access continues to be appropriate.
  • Modify roles/access as needed.
  • Update request systems to include new roles/access based on business needs (e.g., new client, new application supported).
  • Interact with clients via meetings, emails, etc., as needed.
  • Document processes to accomplish the above tasks.
  • Review documentation to ensure accuracy at least quarterly, with immediate updates as needed.
  • Identify risks and potential process improvements on an ongoing basis.
  • Generate reporting for user access within an application upon demand.
  • Partner with disparate internal teams on projects and efforts.
