• Support and facilitate timely approval of all access requests within the data center in compliance with site protocols.
• Assist the Security Manager with monthly key audits and Traka system clearances.
• Provide documented updates and feedback to the Security Manager on access control issues, improvement opportunities, and compliance concerns.
• Maintain a strong and current understanding of:
• Access control policies and procedures
• Vendor onboarding processes
• Internal access management systems and resources
• Review and process badging requests via the Task System and Omega Tool.
• Conduct access management training and oversight for lobby officers and new team members.
• Host site-level access management training sessions for the security team.
• Attend relevant construction and MOP (Method of Procedure) meetings to provide access control inputs.
• Complete or update door and Traka access control lists for new facilities or changes in infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Access Management Specialist across other data centers to provide guidance and share best practices.

Requirements

• Min 3 years’ experience in security industry
• Min Diploma Holder
