Report to: Head of Market Access and Pricing Base in: Hanoi Your roles: National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL): Convince Health Authorities to include company products in the NRDL by presenting robust, evidence-based data on their efficacy and cost-effectiveness. National Centralized Tender in National Centralized Procurement Center (NCPC): Support the Distributor for a securing an appropriate quota plan for the market demand, good price approach and a securing supply plan. PAP (Patient Assistant program): Design a program to provide support to patients who may have difficulty accessing medications or healthcare services. Policy (related to NRDL, Pricing, Drug Procurement, Orphan drugs): Keep track of relevant policies to ensure the company's actions are well informed ahead & be compliant. Who You Are: Over 8 years of experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, focusing on Access area (NRDL, PAP, Pricing, Policy). In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and relevant policies. Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented mindset, effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in verbal and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities
The Access Strategy Manager will work to convince health authorities to include company products in the National Reimbursement Drug List by presenting evidence-based data. Additionally, they will support distributors in securing appropriate quota plans and design patient assistance programs to help patients access medications.
