  • Have knowledge of all Microsoft packages and experience of a Hospital Administrative System is advantageous.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

We are looking for a candidate with healthcare experience who is service-minded and is driven to help others and make the patient experience as straightforward and pleasant as possible. The candidate will be a team-player who is adaptable, responsive and learning-minded in a fast-paced environment. They will be organised in their approach and competent in the use of technology to facilitate a collaborative and effective way of working.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and greet of patients/ visitors.
  • To deal with patient queries in relation to Radiotherapy services, treatment appointments, transport etc.
  • Proficient use of the electronic medical record.
  • Managing the patient appointment schedule efficiently and effectively.
  • Be able to multitask in a busy role, working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Be responsible for confidentiality of patient information at all times.
