Victus Networks is a telecommunications services provider that specializes in network management and infrastructure solutions, delivering services both for Vodafone GR and Nova! We are currently looking for an Access Transport Network Engineer for Corporate Customer services Corporate Customers Network Engineer. Main responsibilities: Design, implement and support end-to-end network solutions for corporate and enterprise customers, ensuring high availability, performance and security. Provision and configure enterprise services including MPLS/IPVPN, DIA, SD-WAN, L2/L3 connectivity, and secure internet access solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MW Design, FO Design, Radio Engineering, Performance, Network Operations and Field Operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless onboarding and service activation for corporate customers. Translate customer technical requirements into scalable, compliant and operationally efficient network solutions. Perform configuration, testing and validation of routing, switching and security devices (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet or similar). Monitor service performance and proactively troubleshoot issues related to latency, packet loss, throughput and availability. Support change management activities, maintenance windows and service upgrades with minimal customer impact. Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service reliability and customer satisfaction. Contribute to documentation, network diagrams, implementation plans and customer-facing technical reports. Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization and optimization of enterprise provisioning workflows. Professional Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Nice to have: Proven experience in enterprise or corporate network environments. Strong knowledge of IP networking fundamentals (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS, VPN technologies). Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls and SD-WAN platforms. Understanding of network security principles and enterprise-grade connectivity solutions. Familiarity with SLA management and performance KPIs (latency, jitter, packet loss, availability). Ability to interpret high-level solution designs and transform them into operational configurations. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIP or equivalent will be considered a plus. Soft Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with corporate customers and internal stakeholders. Customer-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Highly organized, detail-focused and proactive. Calm and analytical under pressure, especially during incidents. Nice to Have – Side Projects & Innovation Enablement While not a core requirement, the following capabilities are a strong advantage and may be leveraged in internal innovation initiatives and operational improvement projects: Programming or scripting experience (e.g. Python, SQL, PowerShell). Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Ansible, APIs, network automation frameworks). Experience building dashboards or reports for network performance visibility (Power BI, Grafana, Excel advanced analytics). Interest in automating repetitive configuration tasks and improving operational efficiency. Curiosity to explore new enterprise technologies, SD-WAN advancements and security innovations. These skills will be encouraged and supported as part of continuous improvement efforts, without detracting from core customer service responsibilities.
