YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, or a related field (PhD, MSc, MPH, MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in market access, health economics, outcomes research, or payer strategy within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep understanding of the European access and HTA landscape, including deep knowledge/experience with Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA).
  • Proven success in developing and implementing access value demonstration strategies tailored to European payer expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to align global and local strategies in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong external engagement skills, including experience representing organizations in industry forums and access-related bodies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is an asset.
  • Ability to travel 20% of time
