DDS is at the forefront of developing solutions that not only meet business objectives but also advance inclusion and compliance with global standards.   As the Accessibility Technical Program Manager, you will lead and advance the accessibility program for digital direct sales and marketing technology, ensuring all customer-facing sites and internal tools meet global accessibility standards and regulatory requirements. This role drives business impact by embedding accessibility into every phase of our digital operations, enabling inclusive experiences for all users. You will partner with engineering, design, security, CELA, and business teams to deliver best-in-class accessible solutions, champion continuous improvement, and create and leverage AI, automation, and data insights to optimize processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS), and the European Accessibility Act (EAA), while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion across the organization.  
Responsibilities
