ABOUT THE ROLE
At Futurice, we help our clients create resilient, responsible, and relevant digital products and services. Now, we’re looking for an Accessibility Specialist to join our team and help us, and our clients, create truly inclusive digital experiences.
The role is based in either Helsinki or Tampere, with flexible hybrid working options available.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Conduct accessibility audits and evaluations of digital products and services.
Run trainings and workshops, sharing your accessibility know-how with clients and colleagues.
Support teams with issue remediation, turning audit results into real-world improvements.
Help clients define and implement accessibility strategies that make a lasting difference.
Strengthen our internal accessibility competence across disciplines and teams.
Support accessibility-related sales efforts by bringing your expertise to client discussions.
Take part in agile software development projects as either a product designer or a developer, depending on your background.
