Position Description/Mission:
The Accessibility Term Fellow will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive programming that supports individuals with disabilities and promotes accessibility in nonprofit, and workforce development settings. Working closely with key stakeholders, including the Accessibility Taskforce Committee, the fellow will deliver impactful training, design accessible resources, and enhance the inclusivity of programs for students, employers, and staff.
TWC is a majority remote organization: for most employees, employment with TWC will not be contingent on physical presence in an office space. Given the nature of this role in program delivery, TWC does have some physical space in Washington, D.C. and the individual in this role will be expected to work in Washington regularly in a hybrid capacity.
This position is grant funded, and the length of the assignment is dependent on funding availability.
