JOB SUMMARY

BRAND NEW STORE OPENING, CARS CUSTOMS & ACCESSORIES, be the one that builds a new store from ground up. CARS AUTO GROUP is a family owned business, comprising of multi levels of divisions, from Pre-owned superstore, to OEM dealerships in Alberta, body shop, export, service & parts, we strive to grow and we want individuals to grow with us.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our accessory location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Must have experience in the automobile/service field. Must be knowledgeable with accessory, tire, rims, lift kit sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and customers.
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff members in a retail setting.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and control practices.
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts including pricing strategies and sales analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Knowledge of merchandising techniques and marketing strategies relevant to retail sales.
