Prayer Rooms Job Description As the OUTsurance Accident OTR Assessor you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising Motor Accident Claims. Responsibilities: Validate all incidents and claims Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, towing operators etc. Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning, photographs etc.) Liaise with service providers Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place. Qualifications Matric Valid Driver’s license Experience: At least 2 years Investigation/Assessing experience, especially in a short-term insurance industry is essential.
