Job Description The Role Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for people, problem-solving and creating a smooth-running environment? We’re looking for an Accommodation & Administration Leading Hand to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service across our site/village operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure our guests feel welcomed, our systems run smoothly, and our administration team is supported, trained and empowered to shine. What You’ll Do Oversee daily accommodation and administrative operations to keep the village running efficiently Manage check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries through our site booking systems Support housekeeping and admin teams with run sheets, accurate documentation and workflow coordination Maintain impeccable records, including invoices, accounts, HSE documents and compliance files Lead by example—holding team meetings, providing feedback, and supporting training and development Monitor budgets, order office supplies and authorise payments Ensure all administrative processes meet company and client standards Assist with recruitment, onboarding and delivery of site-specific HSE training Promote a safe, organised and professional workplace for both staff and residents What You’ll Bring 2–5 years’ experience in accommodation or administration within hospitality, village operations or service delivery Strong capability with Microsoft Office, booking systems and (ideally) INX, SAP or similar platforms A knack for clear communication, problem-solving and staying composed under pressure Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy Experience supporting or mentoring team members A Diploma or higher in Business, Administration or related studies (preferred) Additional Information How to apply?
