Our story began in the 1860s as an Anglican teacher training college for women, which makes us one of the oldest Higher Education Institutions in the UK. Since then, we’ve grown, adapted, and modernised to become the thriving university we are today. We’re still experts in teaching and education, but we’ve now got a wider portfolio of exciting degree courses than ever before. We currently offer causes in a wide range of subjects, from Undergraduate Degree level to PhD, and much more in between.
BGU are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Accommodation Office within Campus Operations.
Working with a small effective team you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming service within the residences, providing advice and guidance to prospective and existing students covering a variety of accommodation issues, allocations, accommodation options, rent arrears and contractual issues.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education including English and Mathematic, an NVQ level 2 equivalent relevant experience. You will also have significant experience working in a general administrative role in a busy office environment, experience of providing effective advice and signposting.
