dwell Student Living houses over 5000 students globally. We are currently looking for an Accommodation Assistant to work at our largest property located in Bristol.
As Accommodation Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors and contractors and will be the face of the dwell brand.
Our business relies on students wanting to stay with us, and as Accommodation Assistant we would expect you to be the key driver to ensure we are offering the best service to our students and they want to live with us again.
You will be very customer service focused and will be covering reception duties as part of your role working
Due to the nature of our business you will be expected to work some evenings and weekends during peak periods.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who has excellent administration skills and experience of working in a customer focused environment. Being organised and with a keen eye for detail is a priority in this role. You will be experienced in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of StarRez would be advantageous.
This role is very front of house based and we expect our accommodation assistants to deliver a world class customer experience.
Keeping exceptional customer service at the forefront of your mind, you will provide a responsive reception service and be the first point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants.
You will deal with customer enquiries by email, telephone and in person and undertake viewings, giving appropriate advice to potential tenants when required.
As Accommodation Assistant you will receive and process payments, monitor and chase rent arrears and undertake inspections of the student flats and rooms, assessing condition for any re-charges. You will be responsible for processing all parcels for our students, during peak periods this can be a large volume of parcels to process.
