The hours of work for this role are generally: 0930 to 1530. This role will cover both midweek and weekend days up to 5 days per week. Typically the role at this time will not suit a student however we will be able to consider students who are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

• To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedures
• To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in bedrooms and bathrooms and areas of work throughout the hotel, including corridors, fire exits /stores.
• To report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team
• To have a full knowledge of all Accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours
• To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work.
• To have a full knowledge of all products in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
• Attend all training courses as notified to you by management
