ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Accommodation Attendant, you will be a key part of the housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, houses, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and service guest bedrooms & houses.
• Ensure all rooms are presented immaculately and ready for guest arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Provide excellent and discreet service to guests, ensuring their comfort & privacy.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily room targets and maintain consistent service quality.
• Follow all Kilronan Castle policies, procedures, and brand standards.
