This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for ongoing employment or redeployment within the broader BGIS business.

As the Soft Services and Accommodation Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for onsite reception, accommodation services, and soft services requests. This is a highly customer-facing role involving administration, coordination, phone support, and working closely with guests, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless onsite experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reception and check-in/check-out processes for onsite accommodation
  • Support daily housekeeping, laundry, linen, and cleaning operations
  • Manage guest bookings, fees, and communication with booking agents
  • Handle maintenance requests via our integrated system (CMMS)
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage work orders and services
  • Oversee inventory and condition of accommodation rooms and supplies
  • Respond to soft services issues such as pest control, land management, and room defects
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and BGIS policies and systems
  • Support the Facilities Manager with administrative and operational tasks

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service, reception, or facilities administration
  • High attention to detail and strong coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS)
  • Certificate III in Customer Service or Administration (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
