ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Accommodation Finding Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Accommodation Finding Service to meet legislative requirements and deliver on key priorities. You’ll source and secure suitable housing solutions, ensuring they meet statutory homelessness duties, while developing strong relationships with private landlords, housing associations, and other providers to grow available housing options. This role involves maintaining accurate property records, contributing to property standards and policies, and ensuring a wide range of suitable accommodation is available for households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
