Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning of company accommodation ensuring they are sanitary and organized.
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the accommodation, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and common spaces.
  • Ensure rooms and common areas are dusted, swept, mopped, and vacuumed regularly.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Ensure that linen inventories are maintained and request restocking when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens.
  • Ensure that accommodation units are properly stocked with necessary items, including cleaning materials, paper products, and bedding.
  • Report any shortages or issues with supplies to Accommodation Supervisor for replenishment.
  • Follow all company policies related to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure that all areas comply with hygiene and sanitation regulations.
  • Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
  • Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or damage in the accommodation to the Coordinator or Supervisor.
  • Ensure that all areas comply with hygiene and sanitation regulations.
  • Provide excellent service to staff or residents by addressing their needs and ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming living environment that supports employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Respond to any cleaning-related requests or concerns from Accommodation Coordinator or Accommodation Supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a courteous and respectful attitude toward all residents and staff members.
  • Maintain a cleaning schedule for all accommodation areas and ensure all tasks are completed according to that schedule.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the Accommodation Coordinator/ Supervisor includes assisting with room preparation for new occupants, ensuring accommodations are clean and ready for onboarding.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning or post-event cleaning when necessary.
  • Assist with moving furniture or equipment within the accommodation, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont
