Responsibilities

THE ROLE: ACCOMMODATION OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

This is an execution-focused operations role designed to take ownership of the day-to-day fulfillment of hotel bookings. You’ll handle availability checks, proposals, booking administration, and help draft repeatable SOPs — freeing leadership to focus on negotiation and client relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Contact hotels to confirm room availability for government bookings.
  • Prepare and deliver client-ready proposals and confirmations using standardized templates.
  • Manage rooming lists, reservations, and booking records.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of rates, inclusions, and booking details passed from leadership.
  • Help draft and refine SOPs (step-by-step workflows) for proposals, intake, and booking processes.
  • Provide responsive client support, ensuring requests are answered within 24 hours.
