Position: Accommodation Supervisor
Type: Flexible - Part Time / Seasonal. Mondays and Fridays during the off-peak periods, and Saturdays also during the summer holidays all within School hours.
Rate of pay: £14.85 per hour (holiday pay inclusive) – Paid Weekly

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Your role as an Accommodation Supervisor will be to check that all allocated units have been cleaned to the high standards expected of a multi award winning 5* holiday park. You will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners to deliver accommodation to the specification and standard set by the company within the allotted time of a changeover. Reporting any maintenance or inventory issues identified. You will work as part of a team but will ultimately be responsible for making sure that your allocated accommodation meets our customer’s expectations by delivering perfect caravans and lodges.
No customer interactions will be required.

DUTIES:

To supervise caravan & lodge cleaners in performing their duties, to check and prepare allocated caravans or lodges to company standards, as required by the Accommodation Manager on changeover days, typically Monday, Friday and/or Saturday.
Report any maintenance or inventory issues identified.
Follow procedure for lost property, keys, security, linen, and stock.
Check departed caravans by 4.00pm to ensure Inventory, Laundry Assistants and Maintenance has sufficient time to complete their quality replacements and safety inspection before customers check in at 5pm.
Be prepared to assist with any other duties that might be needed and support back-office processes once checking duties are completed.
