This unique dual role is designed for a guru in rooms and rates who also happens to be a master of the "behind-the-scenes" mechanics. Base salary from $76,250 + Super + Group wide discounts About the Role: Strategically manage room rates and booking channels to keep our 28 rooms ahead of the game Greet every guest like a long-lost cousin to create a true "home away from home" experience Own our online reputation by managing reviews and guest feedback Drive financial integrity through daily reconciliations, POS maintenance, and stock control Maintain accurate employee records, training logs, and VISA obligations within ALH systems Identify and highlight cash or stock variances while supporting venue audit results Provide data-driven insights and administrative support to the venue leadership team About you: You have the confidence to lead the accommodation team while maintaining a professional office Hospitality runs through your veins and guest satisfaction is your primary driver You are a systems expert who understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality Your standards are found in the dictionary under ‘perfection’ You enjoy balancing focused administrative tasks with the high energy of a neighborhood pub Ready to lead the way in Townsville?
