LBT Global Logistics Pte Ltd is a trusted SME in the land transportation industry, specializing in container trucking and project cargo handling. With over 100 chassis, 13 prime movers, and a dedicated team, we provide reliable and efficient logistics solutions to our valued clients.
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Admin to support our finance and operations team.
Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting and administrative duties

  • Issue invoices, delivery orders, and payment vouchers
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of documents
  • Assist in accounts receivable & accounts payable tracking
  • Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
  • Liaise with customers and vendors on billing/payment matters
  • Provide general admin support to the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin
  • Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Team player with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
