3 MONTH CONTRACT

We’re looking for a talented Account Administrator and Mac operator to join our awesome team.
This role would suit an all rounder and includes graphic design, print co-ordination, digital printing duties, client liaison and account management.
We are looking for a bright and happy person with an excellent can-do attitude, who has initiative, is able to multi-task, think on your feet and be willing to bring their own flair and skill to this varied role.
Working with us in a fantastic studio environment in Nunawading will give you the satisfaction of producing varied, high quality material.
Duties will include:
- Dealing directly with customers and suppliers
- Co-ordination of print jobs from the quote stage, through the brief, production and delivery stages
- Pre-press checking and graphic design of a range of products, from brochures, catalogues and flyers, to promotional products, banners and digital print jobs.
- Preparation of jobs for digital and offset printing & preparing work orders
- Dealing with your clients throughout the sales process to inform them of the range of products and options available to them
- Digital Printing of brochures, booklets, stationery, point-of-sale, and direct mailing.
- Using Adobe & other computer software packages
- Assisting with finishing as required, such as trimming, binding and laminating.
Previous experience in a high volume print environment would serve you well.
