We are seeking a full-time, highly organised and proactive individual to join our Golf Retail Team.Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an industry-leading and expanding company. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support in all aspects of customer and operational interaction, including ordering, inventory management, logistics, and sales.Key Responsibilities:
· Working as part of the Commercial Support team to provide excellent service.
· Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of account management.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support and maintain customer accounts.
· Foster, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers.
· Handle all administrative tasks related to order processing.
· Communicate effectively with all internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
· Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or customer service role.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to work well as part of a team.
· Providing and continuously developing product knowledge.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, or equivalent software.
· Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
· Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
