Responsibilities
  • Coordinating new and renewing SaaS subscription contracts.
  • Maintaining cross-functional relationships with our sales, customer success and finance teams.
  • Communicating with customers on finance processes such as purchase order creation, accounts receivable and collections.
  • Organizing accounts within various business critical systems.
  • Impacting the bottom line by streamlining our order/renewal process.
  • Identifying new upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitoring customer usage, adoption, and customer health metrics in conjunction with our client success team.
  • Maintaining administration of your accounts in the Company’s CRM
