Description

We are hiring an Administrator to work within one of our account teams. The ideal candidate will have an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast paced environment, they will be confident using a wide range of Microsoft Office packages. The chosen candidate will work as part of an account management team and have a desire to gain experience and grow within a a thriving sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce despatch information including Labels, duty invoices and courier documentation
  • Purchase Ordering and cost management using MIS system - training provided
  • Maintaining a line of communication with account teams and warehouse facility
  • Producing Excel reports for campaign management, distribution lists and project specifications
  • Other administrative duties as required.
