Account Administrator
Thornton Print Ltd
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team at Thornton Print Ltd. You’ll manage invoices, payroll, reconciliations, and general admin to keep our finance operations running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
· Raise/process sales and purchase invoices
· Debtor control & supplier reconciliations
· Bank & petty cash reconciliations
· Payroll processing (Sage 50)
· General admin & reception duties
What we’re looking for:
· Strong organisational & communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage 200 experience preferred
· Attention to detail & proactive approach
· AAT Level 2/3 and 1+ year admin experience (preferred)
Based at our Thornton office | Full-time role
Working Hours:
9am - 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch. 35 hours per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
