We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Engagement Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business/commercial education background.
  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Interest of trends in the mobility and leasing markets.
  • Positive and open mindset with a motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Quick adaptability to new working methods and tools.
  • Result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English is required; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
  • IT-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new systems.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Account Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our fleet, managing profitability, and ensuring customer retention. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing daily service and support to enhance their experience throughout the leasing journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide top-tier customer care when offering mobility services to our existing and new customers
  • Offer leasing quotations customers and ensure that our customers have the needed mobility services in force.
  • Actively follow up on end-of-term leasing contracts and assist in ordering new vehicles. Provide quotations for contract modifications and manage the accuracy of customer contracts.
  • Offer consultancy to drivers and decision-makers, conducting visits and follow-up meetings as needed.
  • Deliver daily customer service in collaboration with back-office teams.
  • Handle and manage customer complaints efficiently.
