IN ORDER TO SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent communicator using both written and verbal format
• Previous experience in sales call centre / telesales / customer service environment
• Can work as part of a team in a pressurised environment.
• PC Literate - Including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
• Enthusiasm to learn and strive to become a subject matter expert
• Interest in IT
