Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Manager to join our team and oversee financial operations and administrative functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and UAE regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software ( Tally, Odoo, Zoho) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage vendor and client contracts, renewals, and company documentation.
