In the role of Account and Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts across the DACH region as well as looking for new partners to sell our products to. SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

  • Fluent (preferably native) German and good English both written and spoken.
  • Other languages will be useful.
  • Sales experience of min 1 year; ideally in the CE sector
  • Sales skills
  • Experience of selling to B2C or B2B channels
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • ERP experience (Oracle Netsuite an advantage).
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, able to set priorities.

Achieving sales targets including but not limited to:

  • Presenting our own brand ranges of mobile device accessories to new and existing customers
  • Sales performance to agreed and reasonable targets
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Deliver high levels of customer service
  • Resolve/Coordinate customer queries effectively
  • Working with the product development team to create new products and/or categories.
